So I got more gardening done, *LOL*... BTW, I finally solved my angel-wing problem and will be replacing the crucifix with an angel figurine soon... The problem was that they simply did not look "angelic' enough, but looked more like bat-wings. (*LOL*-- how many of us can say our angel-wings are giving us problems?) I think you are both right about the images. It really works better as a demonstration, and so I think I will try to get someone else to take pictures of my hands as I make one. When it comes to atrsy-craftsy stuff, I have eleven big left toes on my hands. However, the instructions seem clear enough. If as pouliot suggests you want clearer illustrations of the evolution of the wire bending, try finding a wire that is thicker and highly colored to use against a very contrasting background - you aren't necessarily going to use the graphic wire sample for anything but the instructions. The armatures in the images with the yellow background are a little hard to make out, except for the last one.  Regarding these step by step illustrations showing how a complete figure is made, perhaps it would be better to show the way the wire is manipulated using a graphics program and drawing a very wide line where the wire is now.  The problem seems to be that the wire is so thin it is hard to see.  It is possible that you could take the images you have and go over them with a wide, drawn line.  Where wire crosses wire, leave a gap in the drawn line so it is clear which wire is beneath which. I don't have time right now to go over the instructions carefully.  Sometimes, when writing out steps for manipulating wire or rope, string, etc. it is easier to illustrate the steps than it is to describe them.  Usually the "hint" to click an image for an enlargement is placed at the bottom of the image.  <dl><dt>Regards,</dt><dd>Old Sigma</dd></dl> zinnia on "Help!" http://forums.catholicexchange.com/topic/688#post-11980 Sun, 04 Mar 2007 14:40:03 +0000 zinnia 11980@http://forums.catholicexchange.com/ Help me!
