I was reading an article the other night concerning the conversion of Russia, which Our Lady of the Holy Rosary appeared to the 3 shepherds children in Fatima.
We know the story so I won't repeat it.
The part I was intrigued with was St. Pio's prophecy:
He pretty much said '"Russia will be converted"', and '"America will convert slowly"', but, "Russia will teach America how to convert". This is an most interesting prophecy.
As we may or may not know St. Pio, had the gift to co-locate himself, be in two or three different places at once. Among the several gifts others noticed, he had the gift to read into souls and the gift of the Stigmata.
I find that this is possible, because of the Holy Rosary. The Mother Full of Grace who grants us the Most Holy Rosary from God the Father. The more we spread this devotion to Others we Give Our Lady of the Holy Rosary more souls to convert. More souls means less to Satan. This is how we bring Heaven on earth.

Conversion of Russia and America

Here's an article I've scanned because it originated in Ohio, but it is posted at Vatican on the Zenit site. Kind of goes in line with St. Pio's prophecy, or rather, the Holy Mother informing through St. Pio.

Some time ago I was at a lecture discussing the interaction of Popes and Patriarchs in recent times, from Pope Blessed John XXIII to Benedict XVI.
It is an encouraging story, with one of its highlights the lifting of mutual excommunications.
Pope John Paul II used the images of the two lungs of the Church and Sister Churches, which are encouraging.
The Church of Peter and that of Andrew, the First Called, collaborate in a Christina way.
The story of improved relations has not been smooth all the time, there were setbacks, but recently relations are improving again.

bhokuto, Padre Pio is correct that America is converting after my Russia. America has such a long way to go because of the interference of protestant belief. When Catholocism overtakes the majority of this country, then America will convert to true faith in Christ.In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Amen

I can't buy this. Russian Christianity, if it ever recovers, will certainly be of the Orthodox variety. America, on the other hand, will only become Catholic if Latin America continues to conquer it through sustained, mass immigration. Otherwise, Protestantism will continue to reign supreme.

Ignatian77, According to Sr. Lucia of Fatima, Russia will convert to Catholic when the Pope in communion with the Bishops of the world consecrates Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. According to recent inquiries to the Vatican, the blessed event took place at the hands of Pope John Paul 11. Russia is converting to Roman Catholic enmasse. The USA is very effectively being converted through the mass exodus of the Hispanic populations of the world which are predominantly Catholic. Simply by the numbers, both countries will become predominantly Catholic which is where the conversion will come from. This blessing was confirmed by Saint Padre Pio.
