Some nights ago I went to the movie Into the Wild (http://www.fandango.com/movies/1/movieoverview.aspx?mid=102106&wssac=16&wssaffid=11477_Dogpile.com).

Have you seen it? Is it a Christian parable? Did it have a message for you?

God bless,

NoelFitz.

God loves you . Sean Penn direct a Christian parable? Haven't seen it, but his direction makes it unlikely I'd spend any resource of mine on it. Remember, I love you, too . Many thanks for your reply.

The film might have been about a guy eaten by a bear; also Sean Penn was involved with the film.

Like all good movies it gives food for thought.

The moral I got from it is that to isolate oneself from other people is not a good idea.  Nature is fine, but the support of friends is vital.

In the film the hero met an old Catholic veteran and many other good prople who offered him help and supoprt, but these were turned down in favor of a journey to the wilds of Alaska.

God bless,

NoelFitz.

Yeah, I think a bear got him.

God loves you . Too bad the bear didn't get Sean Penn, while he visited and lauded Hugo 'Tiny of timies' Chavez. Though, I would hope both men would remember to pray a good Act of Contrition before 'going entree' for a bear. Remember, I love you, too .
