As a supplement to this great site, Catholic Exchange, I wanted to put out there that I launched a site (www.SilentInsight.com) just for a daily simple meditation that people can subscribe to and thus will arrive in your email inbox at approximately 4am each morning.  The mediations are simple and a simple prayer format is provided.  The foundation for the meditations is primarily from the spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius and other insight obtained via years of attending silent retreats.  I hope you will find the format simple and easy in order to facilitate drawing closer to God on a moment to moment basis similar to the tools available from Catholic Exchange.
