As a supplement to this great site, Catholic Exchange, I wanted to put out there that I launched a site (www.SilentInsight.com) on November 1st just for a simple daily Catholic meditation that people can subscribe to and thus will arrive in your email inbox at approximately 4am each morning.  The mediations are simple and a simple prayer format is provided.  The foundation for the meditations is primarily from the spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius and other insight obtained via years of attending silent retreats.  I hope you will find the format simple and easy in order to facilitate drawing closer to God on a moment to moment basis similar to the tools available from Catholic Exchange.

Yes, I am aware of that site and it is a great one.  I had set up www.silentinsight.com to server as a supplement to such great sites as Sacred Space and Catholic Exchange.  My thought is different people connect in prayer in a variety of ways.  Thus, being a left brain CPA who likes to have a process and simplicity, I setup www.SilentInsight.com to provide a format to enable people to subscribe via email and made the meditations simple and gave a simple format.  Anything to draw me, my family, and others closer to God.
