About the Breathing part, it gets a bit deep.
God created with His Breath, mans soul. So all Three were producing as man was created. The Thought the Master Mind in Creation(imagination visualization, higher Education), The Word of all Life needed to understand and make sense of the Thought(Wisdom, Speech), The Breath which gives the ability to speak the Thoughts and Words given. Also, the Breath is Love and Sanctification. The Holy Spirit is the Sanctifier of God, that is His task. He is present wherever the Others are as they are unified or United in One.
This is a short summary as I'm a poor soul who just is not a "doctor" of the
Church. This is how I was shown during my deep meditations. It goes in line with many of the "doctors" of the Church and what is sometimes not so hardlined in the Catechism or given more words than few. Now about explaining God, it is requires a lot of pages. Because God is infinite and requires a lot of time to contemplate over many months, thus many quit because they do not have the patience. Perservere and you will receive. Because God will not give to those who just ask for the sake of asking. But to those who "Desire" to Know and Love Him. That's what Heaven is about. For those who want To Be there for Him.

adam, eve, and original sin

To refine perfection of body.
The Original design of man was to live forever in his flesh. Thus we read Adam live some 900 plus years before his body or flesh returned to dust.
*Genesis 5:5 And all the time that Adam lived came to nine hundred and thirty years, and he died.
Also, we read about the one they did not choose, "The Tree of Life".
Which "the fruit" "is" "Jesus". For Jesus says I am the Life. I am the Bread of Heaven. or The True Bread of Heaven, eat Me and live.
Genesis reference for Life which we must diligently look at and read with the Soul we have been given. Or its just words like reading a story in the newspaper.
*Genesis 3:22 And he said: Behold Adam is become as one of us, knowing good and evil: now, therefore, lest perhaps he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever. 23 And the Lord God sent him out of the paradise of pleasure, to till the earth from which he was taken. 24 And he cast out Adam; and placed before the paradise of pleasure Cherubims, and a flaming sword, turning every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
Remember these Rules of the Spirit.
Jesus says: God is a Spirit; My Words are Spirit and they are Life.
God breathed in to man and he became a living soul or spirit. With our spirits we raise our voices to God. Where is this soul? In the Heart.
For God looks at the Heart because that's where the soul resides.
The will is in the center of your body next to the heart, it's the one that cultivates the heart to good or bad intentions depending on what you are afixed to through feelings and affections. If your surrounding is peaceful God is there, if it is noisey and fleshly He is not and thus the Devil is playing catch them sinners!! But to the Godly He is always present within for the Kingdom of Heaven is within. So we must first build His Kingdom within our souls.
