I think the suggestion by Hugh McNichol in the following link is a great idea and one that I will share with my pastor. I thought that other readers to this forum might find it of interest and be motivated to share it with their parishes.

I think it is sad that Catholic Exchange changed its format for news right about when Pope Benedict came. Before that, one could get a large assortment of headlines and synopses
of news items and one could click on whichever one seemed to deserve detailed reading.
Now all we get is the very last item.
Today, just about the time Pope Benedict took off from New York to return to Rome,
we finally got an item in Fox News where we could find in-depth coverage of the Pope's
visit, including his entire homily at Yankee Stadium. And even that item is gone already, replaced by a much less informative article from MSNBC with a typical rushed video reporting on a few highlights of the Mass.
I hope Catholic Exchange returns to the old format where we could browse through the whole day's news stories, and then some.
Plowshare- you are correct. The timing of this "upgrade" was not well thought out in terms of a most important event in the life of American Catholics.
