Roeten's article, "100% guarantee of safe sex" [What's New On CE] is a fine article on the merits of abstinence, but would be even better with additional dates. What is the time period covered in the part where he writes "The Journal of Adolescent and Family Health concluded that a 66% decrease in teen pregnancy was due to teens choosing abstinence. The CDC showed a 53% decrease."? Which issue of the journal was this?
