Neighbors Abandoned

Who are they? Well the first of them are the 3,000+ helpless, innocent human beings living in their mothers' wombs who will be cruelly dismembered to death today, and the 3,000+ tomorrow and each succeeding day after that: 1.1 million each year in the USA!!

The second set of neglected neighbors are the many frightened, desperate mothers of the first, who are browbeaten, or otherwise coerced (often by ne’er-do-well fathers of their unborn babies) into ordering their babies aborted: a cover for a right to kill that affords sure-fire, legal protection to the (likely sashaying) ne’er-do-wells, to move operations elsewhere! So, then, the men can forget the deceased, something that, likely, the women won’t ever be able to do! (Some “right” granted to women by justices and politicians - AND VOTERS! - under au$pice$ of America’s cowardly, thriving, entrepreneurial Culture of Death!)

And you who are eligible to vote, who have been so indifferent to these cruel, legally-imposed, injustices against our neighbors, that you haven’t bothered yourself to vote for political candidates at all levels of government, who have the decency to work to protect your neighbors, what do the following mean to you?

(i) The Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you”
(ii) The Commandment (not option): “You shall love your neighbor as yourself”

C’mon, do what you know is right! Get out to your polling places and follow the Rule and the Commandment! Love your neighbors! HELP THEM!!

Peace, Jakes

On a tangent, if you will permit me:

To quote from an op-ed letter:
“I understand the Jews have a saying that
if one saves a single life, this action saves the entire world.
I can only imagine what kind of saying would be made for someone who willingly supports the death of fifty million babies.”

Archbishop Chaput of Denver, may he live forever, has remarked in similar terms. He demands that each examine his voting conscience in light of facing millions on millions of accusing eyes at his one-and-only personal judgment before Jesus Christ.

Pro-lifers, take this to heart, implied in the archbishop’s demand: that your efforts give Christ His opening to Baptize His unborn little ones with your very desire for this. Thus are they saved, to be at the judgments of the rest of us. Killing the innocent everywhere must end, but Christ can make the most of the efforts, sacrifices, sufferings, prayers and tears of His people. Christ will not be denied His triumph, and that in our salvation, day by day and death by death.

In Jesus Christ, every day, even an election day, is the day for His triumph over our sins and death itself.

We don’t call Him ‘Lord of lords’ and ‘King of kings’ for mere flattery.
